Cricketqube's Vision: Pioneering AgeWise for Older Adults
The idea for AgeWise was pioneered by the people of Cricketqube, a visionary social enterprise with a mission to make cricket accessible to older individuals, including those residing in care homes. Our journey began with the belief that cricket, with its physical and mental benefits, had the potential to transform the lives of older adults.
Through our hands-on work with this community, we not only recognised the profound impact of accessible cricket but also identified the broader needs and opportunities for improving their quality of life. This real-world experience and our dedication to enhancing the well-being of older adults inspired us to embark on the development of AgeWise, an app designed to empower individuals aged 50 and above on their path to healthier, more fulfilling ageing.
